Traditional vinification. Maceration 3 to 4 weeks with temperature control to extract and
preserve the different aromas and tannins of the red grapes

Fruity (red and black fruits) spicy, woody, vanilla, toasty. Good frame. Rich, ample and
balanced

Charcuterie, red meat and game, cheese and chocolate desserts
