Reasoned treatments with an objective of reducing the use of crop protection products.v

Winemaking
Spontaneous fermentation from natural yeast coming from the grapes.
Long macération with controled temperature.

Tasting notes
A concentraded and complex wine with aromas of red fruits and wild grass.
A fleshy mouth with spicy and minty notes.

Fish, seafood, white meats and some cheeses

Ageing
Aging on lees in French oak barrels for 12 months.

The vineyard
Alternation of plowing and grassing one rank out of two. Reasonable treatment campaign with a reduced use of phytosanitary products.

Winemaking
Stacking the juice immediately after settling. Spontaneous fermentation from the natural yeasts of the grapes.

Tasting notes
Round and generous wine with aromas of exotic fruits. Generous mouth that combines fat and freshness.

Food pairing and wine
Slices of roast country bread and dung of Chavignol. Pike with white butter.
