Tasting notes
Garnet red, brilliant.
Nose: Open, notes of red fruits and cassis.
On the palate: Fruity and gourmet wine with very fine tannins, it is to be consumed young to savor the freshness of the fruit and can be aged for 4 or 5 years to develop its bouquet.

Red and tender meat, grilled meat and cheeses (ewes).
