Ageing
In cement tank for 18 months.

The vineyard
Traditional, 5000 feet / ha.

Winemaking
In tanks with temperature control, cold maceration before fermentation for 2 days, reassembly is adapted for each vintage and maceration after fermentation for a total of 21 days.

Tasting notes
It is a sweet and ripe wine that shows a great balance and a beautiful structure.
Its distinctive aromas of blackberry, plum and blackcurrant with fine tannins make it an excellent and very pleasant wine to drink before and during meals.

On lees after fermentation.

The vineyard
Traditional, 5000 feet / ha.

Winemaking
Skin maceration 12h, cold stabilization, then yeasting in the tank.

Tasting notes
Wine tasted by a fine nose, fruity, citrus, cirtons. Elegant palate with notes of fresh fruit and fat on the finish.
