Tasting notes
Dark red dress. Intense nose of very ripe red fruits.
The palate is generous, fleshy with a very nice length.
You can enjoy it now or keep it for a few years.
The bottle should be 17 - 18 °. To come out just before the meal.

As an aperitif, on charcuterie, on meats and cheeses.
