Soil
Sandy gravel

Blend
50% Merlot & 50% Cabernet Sauvignon

Ageing
A 12-month aging in French oak barrels.

The vineyard
Double guyot pruning, tillage or sowing to limit vigor.
Manual leaf removal and suckering.
Sets of operations so that each bunch is well exposed to the sun and enjoys a beautiful maturity.

Winemaking
Vinification made in the purest tradition with today’s technology.
Thermo-regulation, micro-oxygenation, load shedding.

Tasting notes
The dark purple robe announces a powerful wine. In fact, the nascent bouquet is already rich, evokes very ripe black berries, sweet spices, violet, accompanied by an intense but elegant woody.
On the palate we find the same feelings in a full, dense and generous palate.

Food pairing and wine
Will go perfectly with all your red meats and soft cheeses.

Soil
Sandy gravel

Blend
50% Sauvignon Blanc 50% Sauvignon Gris

Ageing
At the end of the fermentation the white wine is barreled for 4 months so that the wood brings the fat and the structure but does not cover the fruitiness.

The vineyard
Double guyot pruning, tillage or sowing to limit vigor.
Manual leaf removal and suckering.
Sets of operations so that each bunch is well exposed to the sun and enjoys a beautiful maturity.

Winemaking
Harvesting grapes in the middle of the night to keep them fresh. The grapes are pressed directly and put in vats for a long fermentation at very low temperature to keep the maximum of aromas.

Tasting notes
The robe is golden, the nose is reminiscent of the ripe and juicy fruits of the white peaches, with a hint of honey and acacia blossom. On the palate the attack is frank and mineral notes express themselves delicately.
The aging on wood brings complexity and elegance at the end of the mouth.

Food pairing and wine
To be enjoyed on fish dishes, white meats, hard cheeses or just as an aperitif.
