Ageing
The wines are aged only in vats, with quarterly racking.
After 36 months, they are conditioned.

The vineyard is conducted in a traditional way in reasoned culture, taking the greatest
care to have high quality grapes.
Winemaking
Long and controlled vinification to obtain a colorful, fruity wine with round and long tannins. The final product is a pleasure wine of great finesse, and also of great care.
Tasting notes
Dark ruby color, fresh red fruit aromas, remarkable balance and delicacy, with round and long tannins on the palate.
Food pairing and wine
Ideal on meat, roast poultry and cheese.

3 to 6 months in vats on fine lees, then packaged.
