Winemaking
Perle Rouge is a gourmet and charming wine. Ruby color with purple highlights.
On the nose, an explosion of aromas of red and black fruits expressed by the maturity of the Merlot grape variety.
On the palate it reveals a nice balance between roundness and freshness.
A finish with silky tannins makes it a pleasant and digestible wine.
